WORK IT POLE FITNESS specialises in pole fitness, however we also offer other fun ways to support you improving your fitness and reaching your goals. We continually review our class list based on customer feedback and demand.
POLE FITNESS CLASSES
Pole Fitness is an extension of pole dancing that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body; improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength.

Aerial Hoop is a great way of learning something different and using the skills learnt in Pole to advance your training .
£40 for a 4 week course
If joining in with one of our classes isn't for you, then we do offer private 'one to one' classes. These are more beneficial to those who want to build confidence and are up for more intense training.
We can do Pole, Hoop, Yoga or Personal training.
£25 per session.
Get back to basics with a fitness class. These group sessions, which focus on exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat.
£5 per session
Flexibility is a fast paced cardio warm up followed by deep flexibility stretching.
£5 per session
WORK IT are currently working with our yoga instructors to develop a new weekly class to bring you weekly groups where you can take advantage of the benefits of incorporating yoga into you daily life.
£7.00 a session or £20 for 4 sessions
